The shareholders’ meeting of Cagliari Calcio, convened today in an ordinary assembly, approved the financial statement for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, which closed with a loss of \u20ac3,627,815.<\/p>\n\n

In memory of Honorary President Gigi Riva, nearly a year after his passing, and the more recent loss of Pasquale Lavanga, who had been a member of the Cagliari Calcio Board of Directors since 2014, the outgoing Board of Directors was confirmed. The members are: Tommaso Giulini, President; Fedele Usai, Vice President; and the directors Carlo Catte, Giangiacomo Ibba, Alessandro Manunta, and Stefano Signorelli.<\/p>\n\n

Nicola Riva has been newly appointed to the Board of Directors. A native of Cagliari, born in 1976, Nicola previously served on the Board between 2019 and 2021.
