Cagliari&#8217;s second half of the season under coach Nicola kicks off on Saturday, January 11, at the &#8220;Meazza&#8221; stadium against Milan (<a href=\"https:\/\/cagliaricalcio.com\/en\/news\/milan-cagliari-info-on-the-away-section-2\/\">tickets for the Away Sector<\/a>). <\/p>\n\n<p>Today, the team was split into two groups: the players who featured most in yesterday&#8217;s victory at Monza underwent a recovery session focused on light exercises. The others worked on activation drills, played high-intensity small-sided games, and did athletic conditioning focused on speed.<\/p>\n\n<p>ChatGPT<br\/>Jakub Jankto joined the group, while Zito Luvumbo and Kingstone Mutandwa worked on personalized training.
