After last night’s match at the Unipol Domus, the team gathered this morning at the CRAI Sport Center. Two groups were formed: the players who played the most minutes in the match against Genoa focused on recovery exercises, both on the field and in the gym. For the others, the first part of the session was dedicated to explosive strength, followed by a series of small-sided games. <\/p>\n\n
