we’re saying goodbye.<\/p>\n\n
And it’s not easy for me to find the words because here, from day one, my family and I have felt at home.<\/p>\n\n
Over the years we have had the privilege of getting to know the Sardinian people, a unique people.<\/p>\n\n
I also thank him because he always supported me in the hardest moments, as well as the good ones.<\/p>\n\n
Together we cried, rejoiced, and shared emotions that I will always carry in my heart and that will keep us united.<\/p>\n\n
The first period, the most exciting, as a protagonist on the pitch. To the last drop of sweat, always driven by your passion. <\/p>\n\n
Then, let’s face it, many things didn’t go as we would have liked.<\/p>\n\n
But I’ve always loved the Cagliari shirt and it was an honor for me to wear it on the pitches of Italy.<\/p>\n\n
Thanks to the Club, to President Giulini, to all the coaches, to the technical and medical staff, to the warehouse workers, to those who work in communications, marketing, administration, in the kitchen\u2014in short: to everyone, one by one, thank you!<\/p>\n\n
From the bottom of my heart, a special hug to the fans, to the city of Cagliari, and to Sardinia for the affection I have always felt.<\/p>\n\n
