Cagliari Calcio is pleased to announce the contract renewal of footballer Yael Trepy, who will remain with the Rossoblu until June 30, 2030.<\/p>\n\n

Born in 2006 in Villeneuve-Saint-Georges (a town in Val-de-Marne), Parisian striker Alessio arrived in Sardinia in the summer of 2022 after taking his first steps at Villeneuve Acad\u00e9mie Football, his hometown club, and at US Cr\u00e9teil-Lusitanos. With the Rossoblu, he embarked on a significant growth path both on and off the pitch, distinguishing himself for his maturity, dedication, and human values. <\/p>\n\n

A physically impressive striker, gifted with technique, speed, and versatility, he can play multiple offensive positions: as a centre forward, second striker, and winger. A modern player, he combines power and quality. He made a steady rise through the ranks at Cagliari, moving from the Under-18s to the Under-20s, all the way to the first team. With the Under-18s, he made 44 appearances, scoring 14 goals and providing 5 assists; with the Under-20s, he played in 57 matches, scoring 12 goals and providing 2 assists, making his mark in the Coppa Italia finals, a 3-0 victory over AC Milan, and the Supercoppa Italiana final, a penalty shootout loss to Inter Milan, both played at the Arena Civica “Gianni Brera” in 2025. <\/p>\n\n

Trepy thus earned a place in the First Team during the summer training camp for the 2025\/2026 season, under the guidance of Fabio Pisacane, the coach who had already coached him in the Under 20s. On January 8th, he made his Serie A debut, finding the net just minutes after coming on to secure a 2-2 comeback draw in Cremona: a play showcasing technique and pace, with left-footed control and a powerful finish past the goalkeeper. <\/p>\n\n

The renewal represents a sign of continuity and mutual trust, further evidence of the Club’s work in nurturing young players, who grow day by day thanks to a proven philosophy and constant synergy between the various corporate departments. With a clear mission: to build the future by looking far ahead, with foresight. <\/p>\n\n
