Following the completion of the transaction, the new partners now will hold 49% of the Club\u2019s share capital, further strengthening their qualified minority position. <\/p>\n\n<p>The transaction is part of the Club\u2019s long-term growth and strategic development plan and further strengthens a partnership built on a shared industrial vision.
