Here, after retiring, he began his managerial career: initially as Team Manager, then in 2016 &#8211; at just 34 years old &#8211; as Sports Director, a role he will hold until summer 2024. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among the key architects of the Tuscans&#8217; success, who in those seasons earned two promotions to Serie A and three relegation attempts from the top flight, Accardi immediately demonstrated his managerial skills: his work was invaluable both in managing and building the squad, adept at uncovering talent and identifying the best fit for the group, both footballingly and personally, thus fully realizing their potential.
