The Club therefore continues to consolidate a technical structure built on skills, identity and sense of belonging. The staff is enriched with new professional figures who will further strengthen the technical area, Match Analysis and the performance area, confirming the desire to invest in professionalism capable of supporting daily growth.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Giacomo Murelli<\/strong> remains the assistant coach, while technical staff member <strong>Stefano Medda<\/strong> is reunited with Pisacane after their time together on the Under-20 coaching staff, where he also worked last season.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Matteo Battilana<\/strong> will serve as Performance Manager, coordinating the performance department and overseeing the integration of athletic training, data analysis, injury prevention, and individual player development. He will play a strategic role not only at the operational level but also in developing processes and methodologies to support performance optimization. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Joining the technical staff on the field is <strong>Facundo Styk<\/strong>, born in 1993, an Argentine from San Isidro, who will bring his international experience gained at both the national team and club levels. Styk will also handle match analysis, supported by another new addition, <strong>Filippo Gori<\/strong>, born in 2000 in Pavullo nel Frignano (Modena), who has experience in SPAL\u2019s youth system and with the Maltese national team. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As for athletic training, coordinated by <strong>Mauro Baldus<\/strong>, <strong>Michele Marro<\/strong> (born in 1985 in Voghera) has joined the team. He is a professional with specific expertise in strength development and the optimization of individual performance, and he will work in collaboration with <strong>Fabio Figus<\/strong> and <strong>Francesco Fois<\/strong>, the latter of whom has been confirmed to focus specifically on injury recovery programs.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Luca Bucci<\/strong> will continue to serve as the goalkeeper coach, assisted by <strong>Christian Berretta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Club wishes everyone good luck in their new endeavors.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":19804,"template":"","tags":[756,1269,1298,1373,1374],"news_cat":[278,276,274],"class_list":["post-24866","news","type-news","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","tag-first-team","tag-stefano-medda","tag-luca-bucci","tag-staff-tecnico","tag-giacomo-murelli","news_cat-new-in","news_cat-latest-news","news_cat-first-team"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.7 -
