The Rossobl\u00f9 returned to training at the CRAI Sport Center to begin preparations for their next league fixture. On Saturday, 7 November, at 3 pm, Cagliari will host Frosinone at the Unipol Domus in the early kick-off of Matchday 11 of Serie A (tickets<\/strong><\/a>). Today’s session began with technical drills, followed by different training programmes based on playing time in the previous match. Players who featured most prominently completed an aerobic session, while the others took part in possession drills and a small-sided game.<\/p>\n\n

M\u2019Bala Nzola (right thigh fatigue) and Roberto Gagliardini, who is recovering from a right ankle sprain sustained during training, followed individual programmes. Alieu Fadera underwent treatment: medical examinations carried out after he was forced off during Lazio-Cagliari with a muscular problem in his right thigh revealed an injury to the biceps femoris muscle.<\/p>\n\n

The team will return to training tomorrow morning, Wednesday 4 November.<\/p>\n\n
