The team resumed training ahead of Sunday’s away match against Empoli. At the CRAI Sport Center in Assemini this afternoon, the rossobl\u00f9 players worked in two groups: the players most involved in the last match underwent unloading exercises in the gym and metabolic recovery work. For the others, after technical activation, ball possession drills and a game played on a reduced pitch.<\/p>\n\n

Tomorrow, Wednesday 28, the rossobl\u00f9 will train in the morning. On Thursday 29th (3pm), a training session open to fans is scheduled at the CRAI Sport Center: to attend it, simply log in from 10am tomorrow on cagliaricalcio.com or on the TicketOne website and download the free pass (up to a maximum of four) from the link (click here<\/a>). Places are limited, access will be from Via Sa Ruina: gates open from 2 p.m., with parking available in the area next to the sports centre.<\/p>\n\n
