Training resumed at the CRAI Sport Center for coach Nicola’s red-blue team, on the pitch to start preparing for the challenge at the Unipol Domus against Como, scheduled for Monday 26 August (tickets<\/a>), the match of the second day of the Serie A championship. Today’s session began with technical activation exercises, followed by specific work on ball possession. At the end of the session, there were short matches on a reduced pitch, alternated by physical work sessions dedicated to speed. <\/p>\n\n

Jakub Jankto regularly in the group, Nicolas Viola started partial training with the team; partial work with team-mates for Yerry Mina and Jos\u00e9 Palomino, supplemented by individual work. Personalised training for Nadir Zortea. <\/p>\n\n
