Cagliari Calcio announces the transfer of the registration rights of the player Nicolò Cavuoti, who is moving to SSC Bari on loan until the end of the 2025/26 season.
Born in Vasto in 2003, the young midfielder from Abruzzo developed his career in the Rossoblu’s Primavera team, making his first-team debut on January 19, 2022, in Sassuolo-Cagliari in the Coppa Italia. In the summer of 2023, he continued his professional development with Olbia (22 appearances, 1 goal and 1 assist), then played last season – again in Serie C – with Feralpisalò, making 40 appearances, 3 goals, and 5 assists.
Having returned to the island, he has been a key figure in the Coppa Italia in the first part of the season: on August 16th at Unipol Domus, he scored the decisive penalty against Virtus Entella that allowed the team to advance to the next round; he also scored the 4-1 goal, his first in a rossoblù shirt, against Frosinone on September 23rd. On October 5th, he reached another milestone with his Serie A debut (Cagliari-Udinese 1-1).
For Cavuoti, tied to the Rossoblù Club by a contract until June 30, 2030, this is a new stage in his development with the possibility of finding greater playing time and continuity.
Have a great rest of the season, Nicolò.
