General conditions of ticket sales

1. Characteristics of the Ticket

The ticket (hereinafter the "Ticket") is personal and entitles the holder (hereinafter the "Holder") to attend only the home matches of the Cagliari Calcio S.p.A. first team (hereinafter the "Cagliari Calcio" or the "Club") to be played at the "Unipol Domus" stadium in Cagliari (hereinafter the "Unipol Domus" or the "Stadium"), in the assigned sector, row and seat, in accordance with the calendar established by the competition organiser and its possible variations, as better specified in paragraph 9 below. Access to and stay in the Stadium area also implies the spectator's acceptance of the regulations issued by FIFA, UEFA, the FIGC, the Lega Nazionale Professionisti Serie A and the Public Safety Authority. It is the right of the personnel on duty at Unipol Domus during the match to check that the seat indicated on the Admission Ticket corresponds to the one actually occupied by the Holder and to report any offenders to the competent Authorities.

2. Hypotheses prohibiting the purchase and/or use of Admission Tickets

Admission Tickets may not be purchased and/or used under any circumstances by persons: a) subject to the provisions of art. 6 of Law no. 401/1989 and subsequent amendments and additions (c.d. "DASPO"); b) prohibited from entering sports facilities pursuant to Law no. 41/2007 and subsequent amendments and additions. (so-called "DASPO"); b) prohibited from entering sports facilities pursuant to Law no. 41/2007 and subsequent amendments and additions; b) subject to the prevention measures pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 159/2011 and subsequent amendments and additions; c) subject to the prevention measures pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 159/2011 and subsequent amendments and additions. (prevention measures against persons who are dangerous for security and public morality); c) who have in any case been convicted within the last 5 (five) years, even with a non-definitive sentence, for offences committed on the occasion of or due to sporting events. The aforementioned limitations shall apply automatically without the right to receive compensation or indemnity for non-use of the Admission Ticket.

3. How to purchase the Admission Ticket

Admission Tickets may only be purchased through authorised sales channels, both physical and computerised, specifically indicated on the website www.cagliaricalcio.com, and in compliance with the provisions issued by the Club. The Club shall not be liable for any prejudice or damage that may be suffered by the holders of an Entrance Ticket purchased through channels other than those authorised. The sale of the Ticket will take place through points enabled by TicketOne S.p.A. for the pre-sale and sale of the Ticket and managed by Cagliari Calcio S.p.A. and is governed by the General Conditions of Sale of Tickets (hereinafter the "General Conditions") and, for what is not provided for therein and where not in conflict, by the general conditions of contract published on the website www.ticketone.it/termini. Without prejudice to the provisions of art. 6 below, for the Holder the Ticket, once issued, is the only title that legitimizes the exercise of the right and the relative access to Unipol Domus for the specific match indicated therein.

4. Variation of the user of the Entry Tickets

Should the Admission Ticket be used by a person other than the Holder, the change of name of the user of the Admission Ticket must be communicated through the Club's website (www.cagliaricalcio.com), with immediate completion of the transaction, except in cases of force majeure not attributable to the Club. The right to transfer the Ticket, in any case not for the purpose of trading and/or resale of the seat, is in any case subject to any limits imposed, from time to time, by the competent administrative authorities and/or by the Club.

5. Loss, theft or misappropriation of the Ticket

The identity document is the only document that legitimises the exercise of the right and related access to Unipol Domus. The Holder of the Entrance Ticket is obliged, by taking the utmost care, to ensure its safekeeping and proper use and is therefore liable for all consequences arising from its use by third parties. In the event of loss, theft or misappropriation, the Holder of the Entrance Ticket is obliged to promptly file a complaint with the competent authorities. Subject to the provisions of Articles 10 and 11 below, the Ticket may be withdrawn and/or blocked and/or deactivated and/or revoked and/or cancelled, thus becoming unusable as an admission ticket to Unipol Domus for the event to which it refers, without this entailing the payment of any compensation, even pro rata, restitution of the price paid or indemnity, if the Holder has negligently or voluntarily allowed another person to use (or attempt to use) it as an admission ticket to Unipol Domus.

6. Sanctions for violations of the Regulatory Code and/or the Unipol Domus Regulations

By purchasing a ticket, the Ticket Holder declares that he or she has read and accepted the Code of Regulations for the sale of admission tickets to football events (hereinafter the "Code of Regulations") and the Unipol Domus Regulations for the use of the Unipol Domus sports facility (hereinafter the "Unipol Domus Regulations"). The Regulatory Code and the Unipol Domus Regulations will be posted inside Unipol Domus and will also be published on the website www.cagliaricalcio.com. Compliance with these documents is an indispensable condition for spectators to enter and remain in the Unipol Domus (or other sports facility). Access to the Unipol Domus (or other sports facility) may require the person concerned to undergo preventive and security checks on his or her person and any accompanying bags and containers (to which he or she must submit), aimed solely at preventing the introduction into the Stadium of objects or substances that are illegal, prohibited or likely to induce or provoke acts of violence. The Holder is required to comply with the provisions contained in the Unipol Domus Regulatory Code and Regulations. In the event of an ascertained violation of the provisions contained herein, Cagliari Calcio shall have the right to adopt the sanctioning measures provided for by the Unipol Domus Code of Regulations and by the Unipol Domus Regulations, including the removal of the spectator from the Unipol Domus and, in the most serious cases, the suspension or revocation and/or cancellation of the Admission Ticket. In the above-mentioned cases, Cagliari Calcio also reserves the unquestionable right to refuse to contract with the offender in relation to the purchase of one or more Admission Tickets for one or more matches or for a specific period of time and/or in relation to the purchase of a season ticket for one or more subsequent seasons. Moreover, in the event of an ascertained breach of the provisions contained in the Unipol Domus Code of Regulations and Unipol Domus Regulations, the offender may not be the recipient of a transfer of Admission Tickets by other Holders.

7. Authorisation to use photographic and/or audio and video footage

The Holder, having acknowledged that photographic and/or audio and video footage may be taken inside Unipol Domus, consents to being photographed, filmed or shot by the Club - and/or by any third parties appointed by it - which shall have the right to use, transmit, publish, disseminate, license without territorial or temporal limits, and without any obligation to pay money or any other form of consideration, the voice, image and portrait of the same by means of live or recorded video, with freedom of use on any support used for the fixation of the images and performances such as audio, video, photos, films multimedia supports, digital supports, television footage, magnetic supports and any other technological means currently known (including television, the Internet and/or other telematic networks) or that will be invented in the future, for editorial uses in relation to editorial initiatives carried out by the company's official communication organs (in any language published), for broadcasting on public, private and pay television, through the Internet and/or mobile applications, in cinemas and any other means of communication, for archive purposes, for the provision of services offered to the public for any reason and for promotional/advertising purposes, always respecting the rights to honour and reputation and within the limits set by current legislation.

8. Hypothesis of a reduction in the price of the Entrance Ticket

Cagliari Calcio may implement reductions on the price of the Admission Ticket for specific categories of subjects and/or in specific sectors of the Stadium. The specific categories of subjects, the criteria for price reductions and the application modalities will be made known by Cagliari Calcio through the Club's communication media. It is understood that the Club shall have the right to promote during the 2024-2025 football season any promotional sales aimed at new users, without this entailing the payment of any compensation, even pro-rata, refund of the price paid or indemnity. It is also understood that, pursuant to art. 8, paragraph 1, of Law Decree no. 8/2007 as replaced by art. 13, paragraph 2, letter a), Law Decree no. 53/2019, Cagliari Calcio will not in any case issue concessionary or free Admission Tickets to the following subjects: a) the recipients of the measures provided for by art. 6 of Law no. 401/1989, for the duration of the measure and until rehabilitation pursuant to Article 6(8-bis) of the same Law; b) to the recipients of the measures provided for by Article 6 of the Code of Anti-Mafia Laws and Prevention Measures, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 159/2011, for the duration of the measure and until rehabilitation pursuant to Article 70 of the same code; c) persons who have been convicted, even with a non definitive sentence, for offences committed on the occasion of or as a result of sporting events or for offences relating to the counterfeiting of products or the unauthorised sale thereof.

9. Inability to attend the match for reasons not attributable to Cagliari Calcio

In the event of the closure of the sector of the Stadium in which the Ticket Holder's seat is located, the Ticket Holder - provided that he has not contributed to causing the Company's liability, not even objectively - shall be entitled to reimbursement of the price, unless the Company provides him with a replacement ticket to attend the match in another sector of the Stadium.
In the event that the pitch is disqualified and the match is played at another stadium, or that the match is played behind closed doors, the Holder - provided that he has not contributed to causing the Company's liability, not even objectively - shall be entitled to reimbursement of the price or, at his choice, to a replacement ticket to attend the match at another stadium (subject to availability).
Cagliari Calcio also reserves the right to assign the Holder a seat different from the one indicated in the Admission Ticket in the event of Stadium renovation works, fortuitous events, public order and safety, for reasons arising from provisions of the Football League and/or provisions of Public Safety Authorities, the National Observatory on Sporting Events, CASMS or any other competent body or due to changes in Federal Regulations, also following a specific request by Public Safety Authorities. In such cases, the Holder shall also not be entitled to any reimbursement.
The purchaser of the Ticket acknowledges as a notorious fact and accepts that the home match may be played at a time set by the competition organiser, for the Serie A championship this is set by the Lega Nazionale Professionisti Serie A between the date of the so-called advance and the so-called postponement (according to the "match windows" established by the competition organiser) and such variations will be promptly published by the Company, through its official channels, following the official communication of the Lega Nazionale Professionisti Serie A. The early and late arrivals and postponements for each day of the calendar established and communicated by the competent sporting bodies do not entitle the club to reimbursement or compensation. Variations outside of the "match window" will only entitle the reimbursement of the price of the Ticket, subject to the correct and complete completion of the reimbursement procedure indicated, from time to time, on the website www.cagliaricalcio.com.

10. Abuse and/or fraudulent and/or improper use of the Entrance Ticket

Any abuse and/or fraudulent and/or undue use of the Admission Ticket, in accordance with the law and the General Conditions, will result in the immediate withdrawal and/or blocking and/or deactivation, revocation and/or cancellation of the same and may also result in the refusal of the Club to contract with the offender in relation to the purchase of one or more Admission Tickets for one or more competitions or for a specific period of time and/or in relation to the purchase of a season ticket for one or more subsequent seasons. Furthermore, in the event of ascertained abuse and/or fraudulent and/or undue use of the Admission Ticket, in accordance with the law and the General Conditions, the offender may not be the recipient of transfers of Admission Tickets by other Holders.

11. Sanctioning Measures

Cagliari Calcio also reserves the unquestionable right to apply the sanctioning measures provided for in the Unipol Domus Code of Regulations and Regulations, at any time, in the event of a) breach by the Holder of the Regulatory Code and/or the Unipol Domus Regulations and/or Article 6 of the General Conditions; b) conduct by the Holder that is unlawful, contrary to law, public order or morality, or acts of violence and/or racism against persons and/or things.

12. Exclusion of the right to reimbursement of the purchase price of the Admission Ticket

In the cases provided for in Articles 10 and 11 above, the Holder shall not be entitled to any reimbursement, not even pro-rata, nor to any indemnity or compensation. In the event that the Holder does not use, for causes beyond Cagliari Calcio's control, the Admission Ticket will not be entitled to any refund.

13. Issue of admission tickets in favour of persons residing in the region of the visiting team

The issuing of the Ticket to residents of the visiting team's region may be conditional upon the possession of a loyalty card issued by the visiting team. In this case, should the resident in the visiting team's region not be in possession of the aforementioned loyalty card, the Ticket will not be issued or will be cancelled, deactivated or invalidated, with no right to reimbursement.

14. Processing of personal data

By purchasing the Admission Ticket, the Holder declares that he/she has read and accepted the Information Notice on the Processing of Personal Data published at www.cagliaricalcio.com.

15. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

As the provision of services relating to leisure time is covered by Art. 59, paragraph 1, lett. n) of the Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and ss.mm.ii. (hereinafter the 'Consumer Code'), the Holder is not entitled to the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

16. Amendments and communications

Cagliari Calcio reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions at any time with immediate effect, even for those who have already obtained an Admission Ticket, for the hypothesis of supervening legislative changes and/or the issuing of measures by the Public Authorities. Notifications of changes are announced via the website www.cagliaricalcio.com or by e-mail, by sending an SMS message with an invitation to consult the changes on the website or otherwise in writing.

17. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The General Conditions are governed by Italian law and federal regulations. For any dispute relating to the validity, formation, conclusion, interpretation, execution and termination of the aforementioned General Conditions, the sole competent court shall be that of Cagliari, or that of the place of residence or domicile of the Holder, if the latter qualifies as a "consumer" under the Consumer Code.

"Access Tickets" means individual tickets and season tickets for the Club's home matches

2. Functionality of the PASSION CASTEDDU Card

2.1 Card:

- allows access to more streamlined sales procedures through the transfer of the personal data stored in it directly from the Card to the issuing/release/payment systems, as it is compatible with the ticket sales systems recognisable by any issuer of fiscal tickets (Holders are in any case required to carry and present a valid identity document in the event of any request by the retailer), but does not automatically grant the Holder the right to purchase the individual stadium tickets requested from time to time (this possibility depends on the actual availability of said tickets);

- exempts the holder from the specific restrictions that may be imposed for reasons of public order for matches played in Italy, both home and away, allowing the holder easier access to the purchase of individual tickets for stadium access in the 'guest sectors' in domestic away and/or high-risk matches. Such possible facilities may only be granted by the bodies and authorities responsible for public order and safety;

-smoothens the procedures for access to the sports facility because it can also be used to verify the correspondence of the ticket holder with the bearer (Holders are in any case required to carry and present a valid identity document in the event of any request by stewards or police forces);

- is an electronic document suitable for use as a digital medium on which to load Access Cards to sports facilities, allowing the Holder to gain access through automated gates, if any, while not excluding the possibility of being subjected to additional security checks and the possibility of requesting (and the obligation to comply with) the presentation of a valid identity document. The Card does not in itself constitute proof of purchase, even if activated for that purpose, of Access Cards unless the appropriate readers or, in the absence of technological equipment, the appropriate paper documentation, confirm that it can be used;

- does not allow more than one ticket to be uploaded per competition. The uploading of Access Tickets is conditional: (i) payment of the price for the purchase of the Access Ticket requested by the Holder; (ii) the Holder's acceptance of the Subscription Terms and Conditions and/or the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of Tickets; (iii) the Holder's acceptance of the Unipol Domus Regulations and the Code of Regulations (also available on the Site).

- duly loaded with Access Tickets, is a document required to access Unipol Domus. Any other printouts attached to the Card or delivered to the Cardholder (or sent by e-mail) when the Access Ticket is loaded onto the Card only have the auxiliary function of reproducing on paper data (such as: sector, row and seat number) already stored electronically anyway. Such printouts therefore do not necessarily qualify for access.

3. Duration of the PASSION CASTEDDU Card

3.1. The duration of the Card shall be 5 (five) years from the date of issue, which is subject to the signing of the Agreement and the consequent acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, without prejudice to any prohibitory measures issued by the public security authorities, even after the date of issue.

4. Fee for subscribing to the PASSIONE CASTEDDU Card

4.1. The fee for the issue of the Card will be Euro 10.00 (ten) for those who are not Card holders and intend to subscribe to Cagliari Calcio's home matches for the 2024-2025 football season.

4.2. The fee for issuing the Card will be Euro 20.00 (twenty) for those who are not holders of the Card and do not intend to subscribe to Cagliari Calcio's home matches for the 2024-2025 football season.

4.3. Persons under the age of 12 who wish to subscribe to the Card may do so exclusively at the Unipol Domus Ticket Service at the special price of Euro 5.00 (five).

5. General rules for the use of the PASSIONE CASTEDDU Card

5.1. The PASSIONE CASTEDDU Card is strictly personal and non-transferable, however, the Access Cards loaded onto it may be transferred to other subjects, provided that they too are holders of another Card, in accordance with the specific procedures established by the Club, it being understood that the transfer is in any case subject to the limits that may be imposed, even on the occasion of individual matches, by Cagliari Calcio and the competent authorities.

5.2. The Cardholder is required to keep the PASSIONE CASTEDDU Card with care and to take every diligent precaution to prevent the document from being used by other persons as an Access Card to Unipol Domus. In the event of theft or loss of the Card, the Cardholder shall notify the Club immediately. In this case, the Cardholder will have to choose whether to physically collect the Card at the Unipol Domus Ticket Service (Mon: 9.20am-12.30pm; Wed: 3pm-6pm; Fri: 9.30am-12.30pm and 3pm-6pm), or to receive the Card by courier directly to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase (in this case, the Cardholder will be charged the shipping cost of the Card, as communicated by Cagliari Calcio on the Website). The compilation of shipping data is done directly by the Holder, therefore Cagliari Calcio cannot be held liable for non-delivery in the event of incorrect data entry. The Card shall be delivered to the shipping address within a non-essential period of 30 (thirty) days from the conclusion of the Contract. Cagliari Calcio shall not be liable for any delays in the delivery of the Card that are not attributable to it or generated by malfunctions in the service by the courier or by force majeure;

- In the case of subscription at the Unipol Domus Ticket Service (Mon: 9.20am-12.30pm; Wed: 3pm-6pm; Fri: 9.30am-12.30pm and 3pm-6pm), you will need to go in person, with a valid ID (or health card, in the case of holders under 14 years of age), to the Cagliari 1920 Stores indicated on the Site, where personal data will be physically collected by the Club, in compliance with current privacy regulations.

6.3. In any event, at the time of signing, the person interested in signing the Card must self-certify that he/she is not the addressee of measures referred to in art. 6 of the law of 13 December 1989, no. 401 (prohibition of access to places where sporting events are held) or pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 159 (preventive measures against persons dangerous to security and public morality) or that he has not in any case been convicted, even with a non-definitive sentence, of offences committed on the occasion of or in connection with sporting events;

6.4. However, the Card may not be issued in the following cases:

- parziale o mancato completamento del processo di sottoscrizione, oppure

- verification, through the computerised system referred to in the Decree of the Minister of the Interior of 15 August 2009, of the existence of 'obstructive reasons', or

c) persons subject to a DASPO, or to one of the measures provided for in Legislative Decree no. n. 159/2011 (so-called preventive measures), or

- those who have been convicted, even at first instance, of so-called stadium offences (exclusion applies for five years). In this case, if a DASPO has already been served for the same incident, the five-year exclusion period is subtracted from the period already served for the DASPO itself.

7. Conclusion of the Contract

The Contract shall be deemed concluded and binding between the Holder and the Club once the relevant procedures have been completed (online or at the Unipol Domus Ticket Service) and payment of the fee has been made.

8. Execution of the Contract

The Holder's personal data must be correct and truthful. The processing of such data will be carried out in accordance with the terms of the information notice also available on the Site, which you must read and accept in order to subscribe to the Card. 9. Prohibition of Transfer

The PASSIONE CASTEDDU card is strictly personal and non-transferable.

10. Cases of suspension or interruption of the PASSION CASTEDDU Card

10.1. The Cardholder accepts the unquestionable right of the Club to exclude or suspend the Card at any time, with the consequent invalidation of the Card's functionality and of all or some of the privileges attached to it, without this entailing the payment of any compensation, even pro rata, restitution of the amount paid or indemnity, to those persons:

- who, in the opinion of the Club, or upon report by the police or Cagliari Calcio's partner companies, have behaved in a manner that is not compliant with the Code of Regulations and/or the Unipol Domus Regulations, as well as, in general, behave in a manner that is detrimental to Cagliari Calcio. In this regard, the Holder expressly acknowledges and accepts that the Club, in compliance with the Regulatory Code, may carry out investigation and control activities against him/her in order to prevent and sanction certain conduct prohibited by the Regulatory Code. Furthermore, the Holder expressly acknowledges and accepts that the sanctions provided for by the Regulatory Code may consist, by way of example but not limited to, in removal from ongoing matches and/or in the prohibition to purchase tickets and season tickets or to use the tickets and season tickets already purchased (without being entitled to receive any reimbursement) for one or more subsequent matches/seasons or in perpetuity, under the terms and according to the procedures provided for by the Regulatory Code.

-who have irregularly used or attempted to use the Card to gain fraudulent access to the stadium;

-who are found to be subject to the measures referred to in Art. 6 of the law of 13 December 1989, no. 401, or under Lgs. n. 159/2011, or the filing of a complaint or conviction, even if not final, for offences committed on the occasion of or by reason of sporting events;

-who have used the Card in the context of scalping activities;

-who have revoked and/or expressed opposition to the processing of personal data relating to the issue of the PASSIONE CASTEDDU Card;

-who have culpably (e.g. through negligent custody or delayed communication to Cagliari Calcio), or voluntarily, allowed another person to use (or attempt to use) the Card as a ticket to the stadium;

-who, following checks and verifications, including those carried out after the issue of the Card, are found to have provided untrue data (such as, purely by way of example and not limited to, a date of birth that differs from the actual date of birth) in order to evade the checks underlying the system for verifying the absence of grounds for refusal and/or to have made false statements regarding the absence of convictions and/or grounds for refusal to issue the Card;

-who, on the basis of objective elements, are found to have engaged in conduct aimed at active participation in violent incidents at or on the occasion of sporting events or such as to endanger public safety at or on account of such events;

10.2. By virtue of the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Card may therefore be revoked or suspended for one or more official matches and become unusable as a ticket for admission to the stadium for that period, without this entailing the payment of any compensation, even pro rata, restitution of the fee paid or indemnity.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

The Holder expressly acknowledges that the Club is the owner of all intellectual property rights protectable on the basis of copyright law or other legal provisions, including but not limited to: know-how, source code, software, hardware, designs, applications, patents, databases and the like relating to the Card, as well as images, content, data and other materials originating from the Club or otherwise made available by it to the Holder. 13. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Since this is a supply of clearly customised goods as referred to in Art. 59(1)(c) of the Consumer Code, the Holder is not entitled to the right of withdrawal from the Contract referred to in Art. 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code. However, the Cardholder has the right to request his or her cancellation from the Fidelity Programme, at any time, by sending a registered letter with return receipt to Cagliari Calcio S.p.a., with registered office in Assemini (CA), Località Sa Ruina Snc, indicating the identification number of the Card and his or her personal data, without prejudice to the cost of purchasing the Card. Cagliari Calcio shall deactivate the Card within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the aforementioned communication, unless an Access Card with an expiry date later than that date is loaded on it. In this case, the Card will be deactivated on the day following the last competition to which the Access Card relates.

14. Authorisation to take and use photographs and audio and video recordings/recordings

By signing the Card, the Cardholder manifests his or her consent that the photographs and audio and video recordings/recordings concerning him or her, taken by the Club at sporting and/or other events and/or sent by the Cardholder to the Club, may be used by the Club for advertising and promotional purposes, meaning by these expressions the possibility of using such photographs and audio and video recordings/recordings in Cagliari Calcio's advertising campaigns, through the display and diffusion of the same on the Site, as well as through other communication vehicles belonging to the Club, such as social network contacts owned by Cagliari Calcio and any other means of future conception. The holder of the Subscription is the person who, duly identified and after signing the Subscription Agreement, obtains the issuance of the Subscription (hereinafter the "Holder").

Art. 2. Conditions for issuing the Season Ticket. Assumptions of prohibition on the purchase and/or use of the Season Ticket.

Issuance of the Season Ticket is subject to the fulfillment of all the following conditions:

If even one of the above conditions is not met, the Season Ticket cannot be issued.

"DASPO"); b) prohibited from entering sports facilities pursuant to Law no. 41/2007 and subsequent amendments and additions. (so-called "DASPO"); b) who are barred from entering sports facilities pursuant to Law no. 41/2007 and subsequent amendments and additions; c) who are subject to the prevention measures pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 159/2011 and subsequent amendments and additions. (preventive measures against persons dangerous for security and public morality); d) who have in any case been convicted, within the last 5 (five) years, even with a non-definitive sentence, for offences committed on the occasion of or due to sporting events. The aforementioned limitations shall apply automatically without the right to receive compensation or indemnity for non-use of the Season Ticket.

Art. 3. Indication of personal data.

When issuing the season ticket, the Holder must provide his personal data and present a valid identity document and health card, as well as an indication of the Holder's residential address. Should the individual Season Ticket be mistakenly issued, the Season Ticket in question may be withdrawn at any time.

Art. 4. How to purchase the season ticket.

Season Tickets may only be purchased through the authorised sales channels, both physical and computerised, specifically indicated on the website www.cagliaricalcio.com. The Club shall not be liable for any injury or damage that may be suffered by holders of a Season Ticket purchased through other than authorised channels. The sale of the Season Ticket takes place through points enabled by TicketOne S.p.A. for the sale of the Season Ticket and managed by Cagliari Calcio S.p.A. and is governed by the Terms and Conditions and, for all that is not provided for therein and where not in conflict, by the general terms and conditions published on the website www.ticketone.it/termini. Upon payment, the season ticket will be issued in print@home (PDF) mode or by digital upload to your loyalty card. Without exception to the provisions of art. 6 below, for the Holder the Season Ticket, once issued, is the only entitlement that legitimises the exercise of the right and the related access to Unipol Domus. The Season Ticket is strictly personal and, subject to change of the user's name, may be transferred to a third party provided that the same category of Season Ticket is used and only in the cases and under the terms indicated by the regulations in force, subject to the transferee's acceptance of the Regulatory Code, under the conditions set out below.

Art. 5. Card possession. Loss, theft or misappropriation of the season ticket.

The Card on which the season ticket is loaded, together with the personal identity document, is the only document that legitimises the exercise of the right and access to Unipol Domus. The Cardholder is obliged, by taking the utmost care, to ensure the safekeeping and proper use of the Card on which the season ticket is loaded and is therefore liable for all consequences arising from its use by third parties. In the event of loss, theft or misappropriation of the Card, the Cardholder is obliged to promptly report it to the competent authorities and notify the Club in writing.

The Holder therefore undertakes to (a) not to allow under any circumstances the use of Season Tickets by persons who are barred from entering sports facilities (and/or purchasing the relevant tickets); (b) not to use the Season Ticket for commercial purposes, speculation and/or scalping; (c) not to resell the seat or transfer their admission ticket to third parties, including through online sales platforms carrying out secondary ticketing activities.

Without prejudice to the provisions of Articles 12 and 13 below, Subscriptions may be suspended for one or more official matches or for a specific period of time, and may also be permanently revoked and therefore become unusable as a ticket to Unipol Domus, without this entailing the payment of any compensation, including pro-rata compensation, restitution of the price paid or indemnity, if the Holder has negligently or voluntarily allowed another party to use (or attempt to use) it as a ticket to Unipol Domus.

Art. 6. Sanctions for violations of the Unipol Domus Regulatory Code and Regulations.

By signing the Subscription, the Subscriber declares that he/she has read and accepted the Unipol Domus Code of Regulations and the Unipol Domus Regulations for the use of the Unipol Domus sports facility (hereinafter referred to as the "Unipol Domus Regulations"). The Unipol Domus Regulatory Code and Regulations will be posted inside Unipol Domus and will also be published on the Site. Compliance with these documents is an indispensable condition for spectators to enter and remain in the Unipol Domus (or other sports facility). Access to the Unipol Domus (or any other sports facility) may require the person concerned to undergo preventive and security checks on his/her person and in any accompanying bags and containers (to which he/she must submit), aimed exclusively at preventing the introduction into the stadium of objects or substances that are illegal, prohibited or likely to induce or provoke acts of violence. The Holder is required to comply with the provisions contained in the Unipol Domus Regulatory Code and Regulations. In the event of an ascertained breach of the provisions contained herein, Cagliari Calcio shall be entitled to adopt the sanctioning measures provided for by the Code of Regulations and the Unipol Domus Regulations, including, by way of example only:

- the removal of the spectator from the Unipol Domus;

- in the most serious cases, suspension or revocation and/or cancellation of the season ticket.

In the aforementioned cases of ascertained violation of the Code of Regulations, Cagliari Calcio also reserves the unquestionable right to refuse to contract with the offender in relation to the purchase of one or more tickets for one or more matches or for a specific period of time and/or in relation to the purchase of a season ticket for one or more subsequent seasons. Moreover, in the event of an ascertained breach of the provisions contained in the Unipol Domus Code of Regulations and Regulations, the offender may not be the recipient of a ticket or season ticket by other holders. Cagliari Calcio shall be entitled to retain as a penalty the consideration for the season ticket for unused matches.

Art. 7. Authorisation to use photographic and/or audio and video footage.

The Holder, having acknowledged that photographic and/or audio and video footage may be taken inside Unipol Domus, consents to being photographed, filmed or shot by the Club - and/or by any third parties appointed by it - which shall have the right to use, transmit, publish, disseminate, license without territorial or temporal limits, and without any obligation to pay money or any other form of consideration, the voice, image and portrait of the same by means of live or recorded video, with freedom of use on any support used for the fixation of the images and performances such as audio, video, photo, film multimedia supports, digital supports, television footage, magnetic supports and any other technological means currently known (including television, the Internet and/or other telematic networks) or that will be invented in the future, for editorial uses in relation to editorial initiatives carried out by the company's official communication organs (in any language published), for broadcasting on public, private and pay television, through the Internet and/or mobile applications, in cinemas and any other means of communication, for archive purposes, for the provision of services offered to the public for any reason and for promotional/advertising purposes, always respecting the rights to honour and reputation and within the limits set by current legislation.

Art. 8. Transfer of the season ticket to a third party.

Notwithstanding the fact that the Owner is prohibited from trading and/or speculating, reselling the seat, Cagliari Calcio, at its sole discretion, may allow the Owner to transfer its Season Ticket to third parties for single matches, in compliance with the provisions issued by the Club and only through the channels authorised by the Club itself and after providing the details of a valid identity document and health card of the new user, and after the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, of the Code of Regulations and of the Information on the Processing of Personal Data. It is understood that this right to transfer admission tickets is in any case subject to any limits imposed, even on the occasion of individual matches, by the competent authorities. Unauthorised transfer of the season ticket and misuse of the name change system constitutes an illegal use. It is understood that the change of user procedure is only possible if it is carried out for the benefit of a Card holder with the same rights.

Art. 9. Season Ticket Price Reduction Hypothesis.

Cagliari Calcio may implement reductions on the season ticket price for certain categories of persons and/or in certain stadium sectors. The specific categories of subjects, the criteria for price reductions and the application modalities will be made known by Cagliari Calcio through the Club's communication media. It is understood that the Club shall be entitled to promote during the 2024-2025 football season any promotional sales aimed at new Subscribers, without this entailing the payment of any compensation, even pro-rata, restitution of the price paid or indemnity by those who have previously subscribed to a Season Ticket without being able to benefit from the aforementioned promotions.

Art. 10. Right of pre-emption.

Cagliari Calcio reserves the right to grant season ticket holders the right of first refusal on the purchase of season tickets for the following season, to be exercised within the deadline that will be communicated from season to season. After this deadline, the free sale of season tickets will begin.

Art. 11. Inability to attend the match due to facts not attributable to Cagliari Calcio.

In the event of the closure of the sector of the stadium in which the holder's seat is located, the latter - provided that he did not contribute to causing the

Company's liability, not even on an objective basis - shall be entitled to reimbursement of the price, unless the Company provides him with a replacement ticket to attend the match in another sector of the stadium. Company's liability, not even objectively - shall be entitled to reimbursement of the price or, at his choice, to a replacement ticket to attend the match at another stadium (subject to availability).

Cagliari Calcio also reserves the right to assign the holder a seat other than the one indicated in the season ticket in the event of renovation works, fortuitous events, public order and safety, for reasons arising from provisions of the Lega Calcio and/or provisions of Public Safety Authorities, the National Observatory on Sporting Events, CASMS or any other competent body or due to changes in Federal Regulations, also following a specific request by the Public Safety Authorities. In such cases, the Holder shall also not be entitled to any reimbursement.

It is understood that any type of reimbursement that may be due by Cagliari Calcio, as a result of potential defaults attributable to the same, will be due to the Holder pro-rata only for the portion of the Season Ticket that has not been used due to facts and/or events for which Cagliari Calcio is directly responsible, in accordance with the procedures identified by the Club.

The Holder acknowledges that any changes to the calendar, as well as the possible cancellation and postponement of a competition, with the consequent modification of the date, time and possibly the venue, must be considered as part of the normal organisational practice of sporting events and in any case are to be understood as possible and eventual situations for which the Holder accepts the risk that they may occur. These changes must therefore be taken into account by the Holder when purchasing the season ticket.
