Di Pardo to Sampdoria

Cagliari Calcio announces the transfer of Alessandro Di Pardo’s registration rights, who is moving to U.C. Sampdoria on a permanent basis.

Born in 1999, the right-back arrived in Sardinia in the summer of 2022: in his first season with the Rossoblù, he made 21 appearances, making a substantial contribution to the club’s promotion to the top flight, also starting in the play-off final won in Bari on 11 June 2023.

He scored his first goal for Cagliari the following August – a decisive goal in the Coppa Italia round of 16 against Palermo at Unipol Domus (2-1) – in 18 matches in the 2023/24 season. After last season on loan at Modena (26 appearances, with 2 goals and 2 assists), he has played for the rossoblù this first part of the season.
