The Temù sports field will once again host Cagliari Calcio’s summer training camp. For the second consecutive year, the Rossoblù will return to the heart of the Alta Val Camonica to prepare for the new season, renewing a partnership that began last summer and immediately proved successful.

After a successful debut in 2025, characterized by an experience appreciated from every perspective—organizational, sporting, and human—the Club has chosen to continue the path undertaken, confirming the Pontedilegno-Tonale area as the ideal location for pre-season training.

The program will follow the successful formula already tested: after the first few days dedicated to testing and medical visits, with an initial phase of training at the CRAI Sport Center in Assemini, the team will travel to Lombardy from July 22nd to August 1st to train at the Temù Municipal Sports Field. The headquarters will once again be the “Blu Hotel Acquaseria” in Ponte di Legno, a hub for hospitality and logistical support, in a setting offering the best possible conditions for the coaching staff and the team.

The return to Val Camonica also confirms a bond quickly forged with the local area and its community. The summer of 2025 marked an initial, enthusiastic encounter between the Rossoblù and the many fans present in Northern Italy and Europe: a relationship that will further strengthen during the new stay, through training sessions, dedicated initiatives, and moments of sharing.

“Continuing the work we began last year was a natural choice,” explains Stefano Melis, CEO of Cagliari Calcio. “We found Pontedilegno-Tonale to be an ideal environment in every way: the quality of the facilities, the organization, the hospitality, and the perfect setting for intense work. The training camp is a crucial step in building the season, and being able to experience it in an environment we know and that has already yielded such positive results represents a significant added value.”

This satisfaction is also shared by the Pontedilegno-Tonale Consortium, which has renewed its collaboration with the Rossoblù Club, strengthening a project that unites sport, local community, and tourism promotion. This partnership looks to the future, with the goal of growing together and further enhancing an experience that engages the team, fans, and the local community.

“We are very pleased that Cagliari Calcio has decided to return to training in our area,” explains Roberto Menici, Vice President of the Pontedilegno-Tonale Consortium. “Last year’s experience was absolutely positive for us too. The players had the opportunity to get to know and appreciate our region, and we are ready to welcome the fans as well. We are preparing a vacation package for them.
In addition to offering them a discount on hotel accommodations, it will include other benefits for a pleasant stay where they can combine time with the team with relaxing moments in nature.”

Cagliari Calcio’s summer training camp is organized by the Pontedilegno-Tonale Consortium, in collaboration with Kairos Sport, an agency specializing in organizing sporting events and training camps for professional clubs, led by Gioele Caravello.
