Under 20, the 2026/27 technical staff

Cagliari Calcio announces the technical staff of the Under 20 rossoblù for the 2026/27 season.

The technical guidance will still be entrusted to Alberto Gallego Lancuentra, who arrived in Sardinia in 2025 to take on the role of technical assistant in the first team staff and arrived last season to coach the Under 20s, with whom he secured permanence in the Primavera 1 championship.

Alongside Gallego, Ivan Moretto returns to the rossoblù: born in 1970, from Montebelluna (Treviso), his first experience on the island dates back to 2018 in the first team as a technical collaborator. In 2020 the move to Olbia where the partnership with Max Canzi began until the last experience with Juventus Woman.

Matteo Mancosu, fresh from his last season spent between the Under 17s as a coach and the First Team as a technical collaborator, will continue in this role with the Under 20s, continuing his journey in the youth sector.

Lorenzo Monticelli, born in 1986, comes into the role of athletic trainer, having experience with the youth teams of Lucchese and Empoli, then in the first team with Ghivizzano, Aglianese and Pontedera. He will be joined by Nicolas Lotta, born in 1996, in continuity with his previous experiences in the Cagliari youth system and with the focus on recovery from injuries.

The goalkeeper coach will be Fabrizio Martellotta: born in Bari in 1979, he worked with the goalkeepers in Bisceglie, Gravina and Andria, before arriving at Olbia and then Taranto. He is fresh from his experience with Parma Women.
