Sardinian fans embrace Berlin

An opportunity to embrace those who support and follow Cagliari with passion even far from the island. The Club received a visit from its fans in Germany this morning in a hotel in Berlin. They were welcomed by the CEO Stefano Melis, with the Sports Director Pietro Accardi, the Sports General Secretary Matteo Stagno, Roberto Muzzi of the Scouting Area and a representative of the team: the captain Alessandro Deiola, Gabriele Zappa, Alessandro Romano and Nicola Grandu.

Present was a delegation from the Circolo Sardo of Berlin and one from the Sardinian Cultural Center “Su Nuraghe” of Hamburg, with their respective presidents Lorenzo Deidda and Gianni Masia, who will be joined this afternoon at the stadium for the match against Union by Sardinian fans coming from other cities in Germany, such as Wolfsburg, Stuttgart and Mönchengladbach.

The team of a People, that umbilical cord that unites the Sardinians to their land.
