Primavera 1 | Milan-Cagliari 2-0

Cagliari fell to Milan on the road in the seventh round of the Primavera 1 championship. At the Vismara sports center, the *Rossoneri* secured a 2-0 victory, setting the tone in the first half through Anastasio and sealing the win in the second half with a penalty converted by Cullotta. To make matters worse for the *Rossoblù*, Nuvoli was sent off, leaving his side a man down for the final half-hour.

Cagliari attempts to start with confidence, but Milan immediately proves dangerous, with Cullotta striking the crossbar after just four minutes. The *Rossoblù* respond in the 7th minute when Sugamele finds space to shoot, only for his effort to be deflected out for a corner by Catalano. In the 13th minute, the hosts take the lead: following a free kick from Nolli, Kehayov fails to intervene effectively, allowing Anastasio to slot the ball into the net. Cagliari tries to react, creating a promising chance in the 24th minute through a Costa header, but the *Rossoneri* goalkeeper is equal to the task. Shortly after, Sugamele shines with an individual effort down the right flank, though he is unable to find a decisive finish. In the 39th minute, a mistake by Milan while playing the ball out from the back presents the *Rossoblù* center-forward with another opportunity, which he fails to convert.

At the start of the second half, Gallego brought on Bahlaouan in place of Grandu, but in the 55th minute, a pivotal moment effectively decided the match: Nuvoli committed a foul on Zanaga inside the penalty area, leading the referee to award a penalty and send off the *Rossoblù* player. Cullotta stepped up to the spot and made no mistake, extending the lead to 2–0. Down to ten men, Cagliari struggled to find the openings needed to get back into the game, while Milan managed their advantage and looked to capitalize on their numerical superiority to widen the gap. The *Rossoneri* came close to a third goal on several occasions, though the scoreline ultimately remained unchanged.

At Vismara it ends 2-0: Cagliari is unable to give continuity to their path and returns home without points after a match conditioned by episodes and numerical inferiority in the second half.
