Behavioural Standards
Pursuant to the present "Regulations for the Use of the Unipol Domus Sports Facility", the term "Sporting Club" refers to the company Cagliari Calcio S.p.A. (hereinafter also referred to as "Cagliari Calcio" or the "Club") and the term "Sports Facility" refers to all areas pertaining to the Unipol Domus stadium, located in Cagliari, including the external reserved area.
The purchase of an admission ticket for the Sporting Club's matches, as well as the access to and stay in the Sports Facility during the event, imply the user's acceptance of these Regulations for the use of the Unipol Domus Sports Facility, of the Code of Regulations for the sale of admission tickets to football events and of all the rules/dispositions issued by the public safety and sports authorities, including FIFA, UEFA, FIGC and the Football League.
The observance of these Regulations, of the Code of Regulations for the sale of admission tickets to football events and of all the aforementioned rules/provisions is an indispensable condition for spectators to gain access to and remain inside the Sports Facility and any failure to observe them will result in the right of the Sporting Club to withdraw and/or block and/or deactivate and/or revoke and/or cancel the spectator's admission tickets, as well as the right to remove the offender from the Sports Facility and to apply an administrative fine of 100 to 500 euros.
If the offender has already been sanctioned in the same sporting season, even at a different venue, for the same violation of the respective regulations, the sanction may be increased by up to half of the maximum and a ban on entering sporting events may be imposed.
Arrangements for accessing and remaining in the sports facility
The spectator, in particular, is required to comply with the following rules of conduct, prohibitions and warnings.
The admission ticket is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to third parties, except in the cases and according to the modalities provided for by the relevant legislation and by the Sports Association, through the channels authorised by the Sports Association itself.
In order to gain access to the Sports Facility, in addition to the access ticket or service pass, a valid identity document is required, which must be shown at the request of the stewards, in order to verify the correspondence between the holder of the access ticket or service pass and the holder of the pass. This is without prejudice to the staff's verification of the identity of each user wishing to enter the Sports Facility, who must present the access ticket or service pass and a valid identity document. It is specified that the PASSIONE CASTEDDU Card does not constitute and, therefore, does not replace an identity document.
Before entering the Sports Facility, the user can have his or her body temperature measured by means of a remote thermoscanner. Cagliari Calcio reserves the right to prohibit access and/or expel any user whose body temperature exceeds 37.5°C and/or whose symptoms can be assimilated to that of a Covid-19 infection (by way of example, sore throat, breathing difficulties, loss of taste and smell, joint pain, etc.), without prejudice to the exclusions provided for by the applicable regulations.
Any person wishing to enter the Sports Facility may be subjected to security checks using the visual and/or pat-down technique.
Inside the Sports Ground, spectators are obliged to follow the instructions given by the stewards: if requested to do so, they must show the items contained inside the pockets of clothing and inside bags and backpacks. Refusal to submit to security checks constitutes a violation of these Regulations and results in a ban on entering the Sports Ground.
The spectator must keep the admission ticket and its holder (PASSIONE CASTEDDU card or coupon) until the end of the event and when leaving the Sports Facility.
Prohibitions
Spectators and anyone who is, or intends to enter, the Sports Facility are expressly forbidden to:

Provisions concerning passes
Without prejudice to the provisions of the "General Conditions of Sale of Tickets" and the "Terms and Conditions of Use of Season Tickets" published on the website www.cagliaricalcio.com, a valid identity document must be shown for the purchase of tickets for access to the Sports Centre; the Sports Club, in the absence of such a document, will not be able to issue the ticket.
The sports club, in compliance with the legal regulations governing access to sports venues, may not issue a ticket if, by virtue of said regulations and/or measures of the Public Safety Authority and/or measures of the sports justice system, it is not possible to issue a ticket to anyone who is subject to a DASPO or other measures of the Public Safety Authority.

The Sports Association shall not be liable for any damages, expenses or compensation claimed by purchasers due to the modification or postponement of the date of the event.
Claims for reimbursement/replacement of lost, stolen, damaged or illegible admission tickets will not be accepted.
Requests for reimbursement made by those who, for reasons not attributable to the Sports Club, do not collect/use the admission tickets will not be admitted or accepted.
The Sports Association shall not be liable and shall be exempt from any liability for loss, theft, accidents, or damage to persons or property inside the Sports Facility. In particular, the Sports Club shall not be liable and shall be exonerated from any liability for any injury, howsoever caused, that may affect spectators, including, but not limited to, falls from the stairs and steps of the stands of the Sports Centre and damage and/or injury resulting from impact with the match ball kicked by the athletes during the course of a match.
The Sports Club reserves the right to expel from the Sports Centre anyone who does not comply with these Regulations, as well as the right to refuse the offender entry to the Sports Centre even at subsequent matches, regardless of any bans imposed by the competent authorities.
