Approval of the financial statement as of June 30, 2024.
The shareholders’ meeting of Cagliari Calcio, convened today in an ordinary assembly, approved the financial statement for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, which closed with a loss of €3,627,815.
In memory of Honorary President Gigi Riva, nearly a year after his passing, and the more recent loss of Pasquale Lavanga, who had been a member of the Cagliari Calcio Board of Directors since 2014, the outgoing Board of Directors was confirmed. The members are: Tommaso Giulini, President; Fedele Usai, Vice President; and the directors Carlo Catte, Giangiacomo Ibba, Alessandro Manunta, and Stefano Signorelli.
Nicola Riva has been newly appointed to the Board of Directors. A native of Cagliari, born in 1976, Nicola previously served on the Board between 2019 and 2021. He will now bring his important contribution to the promotion of the Club’s image and values.
