Islanders: new method for receiving priority-access tickets
For those enrolled in the Islanders program, tickets purchased during the pre-emption phases will be available in a new digital format, called Passbook, which will replace the traditional “Print at Home” ticket.
Following purchase, Islanders will receive a confirmation email containing the digital ticket, which can be opened and saved directly on their smartphone.
To view the ticket correctly, we recommend following these instructions:
• iOS devices: the ticket can be added directly to Apple Wallet.
• Android devices: you will need to download the free PassWallet app from the Google Play Store beforehand. Once you have received the email, simply open the ticket and select the app to view and save it.
It is recommended to open the ticket directly from your smartphone rather than from a PC, to ensure it displays correctly and can be saved to your device.
The new format will allow Islanders to keep their ticket on their smartphone at all times, making entry into the stadium easier.
