Daniel Maldini is the “Islanders – Player of the Month” for September

Daniel Maldini has been voted Cagliari’s best player for September by fans enrolled in the “Islanders” membership programme. The 2001-born forward was a key protagonist, finding the net in every game he played during the month. Three appearances, three goals, all crucial in the victories over Lecce, Atalanta and Udinese. Daniel will receive the award before kick-off in tomorrow’s match against Juventus, on Sunday 11 October, at the Unipol Domus.

HOW TO VOTE
At the beginning of each month, “Islanders” members have the opportunity to vote for Cagliari’s MVP for the previous month through the Club’s official app. What’s more, every “Islander” can apply through their personal account to present the award to the player in person at the stadium.

THE BENEFITS OF BEING AN “ISLANDER”
As with all “Islanders” events, this initiative will also earn members points as part of the membership programme. Fans with the most points unlock new levels and can enjoy greater discounts on the Club’s online store. Points are not lost from one year to the next, and members can continue accumulating them by renewing their membership.
Since Friday 9 October, “Islanders” members have also had exclusive access to the opportunity to receive a Cagliari player’s autograph on a match shirt from the 2026/27 season purchased online.
