Juventus and Cagliari will face off at the Allianz Stadium for the 6:00 PM match on Saturday, November 29. This is a new match for the Rossoblu in Serie A EniLive 2025/2026.

THE CHOICES
Pisacane choosen Deiola alongside Luperto in defense, with Zappa and Obert on the wings. Palestra rotates between defense and midfield, with Liteta, Adopo, and Folorunsho completing the line behind Esposito and Borrelli.

A GREAT BATTLE
The first quarter of an hour was uneventful, but there was plenty of fighting on the pitch, with Juventus holding onto the ball more, but Cagliari remained vigilant in defense and ready to counterattack. Shortly before the 15th minute, Deiola collided with Vlahovic, bruising the captain and injuring him, but this did not affect the San Gavino player’s leadership, who was ready to return to the field immediately. The game was played in the absolute silence of the home fans, the 294 Cagliari fans indomitable and always ready to cheer, crowded into the section reserved for away supporters.

PALESTRA’S CHANCE
Cagliari had their first big chance in the 23rd minute: Adopo played Palestra down the right, who ran fifty meters with the ball at his feet, dribbled, and fired from the edge of the box, deflected by the defender for a corner.

ESPOSITO GOAL
Sebastiano Esposito scores the Rossoblu goal in the 26th minute: another great move by Cagliari, a triangulation on the right and another sensational move by Palestra, who plays Esposito from the edge of the box for a deserved goal.

IMMEDIATE DRAW
The lead didn’t last long, because on the next move, Thuram burst through the center, the ball ricocheting to Yildiz, who beats Caprile with a moving penalty. It’s 1-1 in the 28th minute. Vlahovic is sidelined with an injury, and David comes on after half an hour. Then, Conceicao’s header is weak, and Caprile easily blocks the header in the center.

NEW BALANCE
The final half, after the back-and-forth, was marked by intense midfield action and a few errors in precision, but Cagliari responded blow for blow and proved they could sting often and willingly. Juventus had quality and when they attacked, they hurt; Obert was the first yellow card of the evening in the 38th minute.

JUVENTUS GOES AHEAD
At the end of the first half, right at the end, Juventus took the lead: a vertical move from the back, Kalulu from the right found Yildiz, who dribbled with skill and fired with his left foot to score a brace and make it 2-1.

CAMBIASO IN
Spalletti brings on Cambiaso for Kostic, the second Piedmontese substitution after the forced one in the first half, while Cagliari remains as they are. At the start of the second half, Conceicao tests Caprile, who does well to close down the Portuguese defender one-on-one, with Obert also closing down the diagonal. In the 53rd minute, Juventus pushes hard, but Koopmeiners sends a left-footed shot just wide with Caprile still.

CAGLIARI CLOSE TO DRAWING
In the 53rd minute, the Rossoblu made substitutions: Liteta and Obert were replaced by Prati and Idrissi, in a difficult start to the second half for Cagliari. A great chance was created in the 59th minute on the left, with a pass that brought Idrissi into the box. His shot at the near post was saved for a corner by Perin, but it was a fine move, another Cagliari effort today. Juventus sent the ball wide again on the corner, with Perin blowing to see it go out to his right. It was the 63rd minute when Folorunsho was booked for a foul on the ever-electric Conceicao, who headed towards the box and was brought down twenty meters away at the edge of the box. Another good move by Cagliari in the 69th minute, this time on the right with Zappa reaching the box and going wide, but his cross was cleared for a corner. Felici came on for Esposito in the 69th minute, while Juventus substituted Thuram for Miretti.

FINAL MOVES
In the 81st minute, Kilicsoy and Gaetano came on for Adopo and Folorunsho, and Felici was immediately booked for stopping the Bianconeri’s counterattack in midfield, followed shortly thereafter by Prati. Juventus substituted Openda and Cabral in the 84th minute, with Yildiz and Conceicao coming off. The final five minutes plus injury time were the final five minutes. Felici had the chance to equalize: the Rossoblu winger ran down the left, entered the box, and shot, but his effort was blocked by Perin.
