Cagliari Calcio informs its fans that, due to a technical malfunction on the TicketOne platform relating to the name change procedures for season tickets and tickets for the Cagliari-Torino match scheduled for this evening at 8:45 pm, some user change requests may not have been completed correctly.

Fans who have not received confirmation and the corresponding user change receipt are therefore advised not to go to the stadium, as access will not be authorized without proper registration.

The Club clarifies that the disruption is of a technical nature and is not the direct fault of Cagliari Calcio, but of the ticketing provider TicketOne. Cagliari Calcio apologizes for the inconvenience this may cause its supporters and thanks everyone for their understanding and cooperation.
