The coach of the Rossoblù Primavera, Fabio Pisacane, expresses himself after the draw with Milan: “It’s disappointing not to have won because in many aspects, the team delivered an important performance. The numerical superiority didn’t give us any advantages; eleven against eleven, we were playing the same game. If we didn’t bring home the three points, it’s only due to our own mistakes. It’s a shame we didn’t capitalize on the chances we created.”
Pisacane emphasizes the importance of a winning mentality: “It’s not easy to build it in the Primavera, as the team constantly changes with players leaving due to age limits and new arrivals. Today, I asked the boys not to let the game slip away from us, to take control, to play with courage, personality, and determination. The team did everything I asked, but to win certain matches, we need to bring something extra. We are not satisfied with a draw. Starting tomorrow, we will work even harder to turn good performances into victories, knowing that we have the resources to take that extra step and aim for something bigger.”
