Possessions and intensity

Having returned from Liguria during the night, the team immediately began preparing for their next league match: at the Unipol Domus on Saturday 17 January, in the early match of the 21st matchday of Serie A, Cagliari will face Juventus (tickets).

At the CRAI Sport Center today, two groups worked together: the players who logged the most minutes in the last match completed recovery exercises. The others began with warm-up exercises, followed by ball possession drills and a series of high-intensity practice matches.
