Preparation resumes

After completing their training camp in the mountains of the Pontedilegno-Tonale area and the friendly in Germany against Union Berlin (highlights HERE), the Rossoblù have resumed preseason training on the island. This afternoon, at the CRAI Sport Center, with the team playing just days before their next match, the first match of the season in front of a home crowd will take place: on Saturday, August 8th (8:30 PM), at the Unipol Domus, Cagliari will face Nice for the second edition of the “Gigi Riva” Trophy (tickets available).

Under the direction of Coach Pisacane and his staff, today’s session began with activation work, followed by technical drills and possession. After a match played in small spaces, the session continued with aerobic work. Goalkeeper Giuseppe Ciocci began his preparations with the team.

This evening, in Pula, in Piazza del Popolo (9 pm), the team will be officially presented, followed by a double training session tomorrow – Thursday, August 6 – at the CRAI Sport Center.
