“We played a great first half, it’s a shame we couldn’t score early. My chance just a few seconds in was definitely a missed opportunity, I should have scored. Di Gregorio made a great save, but I should have done better. In the second half, the 2-0 goal really set us back, we lost our shape a bit, and the result is undoubtedly a heavy one.”
WORK WITH OPTIMISM
“We need to move forward with confidence. Performance is always the most important thing because only through that can you build your path. Today, the glass is half empty because of the result, but half full because we have once again shown that we are a team with important qualities both tactically and technically. The attitude is the right one, we need to work calmly and be aware of what we are working towards and what we want to achieve. The relegation battle? Sunday will be a very important match. Today it’s right to swallow the bitter pill, but starting tomorrow, we go back on the field to prepare for it in the best possible way.
