Primavera, Pisacane after the defeat in Florence
The coach of the Cagliari Primavera, Fabio Pisacane, commented on the result at the end of the match at the Viola Park: 2-0 in favor of the opponents.
ON THE MATCH
“We played 65 really good minutes, we had prepared the match well, and the team gave everything,” says Pisacane. “Even after they took the lead, we had a great chance with Malfitano from close range to equalize, and at that moment, the game could have changed. We lost to the league leaders, a strong team, but we don’t walk away feeling diminished. We showed personality by fighting for every ball; this attitude is something we need to keep going forward with. In football, details make the difference, and today, they didn’t go our way, but the performance was there.”
