Technique and aerobic work

Cagliari resumed training at the CRAI Sport Center in Assemini this afternoon. With the seven Rossoblù players currently away on international duty – Alen Sherri (Albania), Adam Obert (Slovakia), Alessandro Romano and Daniel Maldini (Italy), Alieu Fadera (Gambia), Joseph Liteta (Zambia) and Juan Rodríguez (Uruguay) – the team took to the pitch under the guidance of Head Coach Fabio Pisacane and his staff.

Following a gym-based activation session, the group worked on technical drills combined with aerobic exercises.

The team will return to training tomorrow morning, Friday 25 September.
