Straight onto the field to start preparing for the next challenge: for Mister Nicola’s rossoblù, another home match at Unipol Domus on Sunday, February 9th (3:00 PM) against Parma (tickets available).
Today, the team worked in two groups: the players who were most involved in last night’s match did recovery exercises. The others focused on strength training in the gym, followed by the field: a series of small-sided games and athletic work.
