Under 20, il nuovo staff tecnico
Il Cagliari Calcio comunica la nuova composizione dello staff tecnico dell’Under 20.
La guida tecnica viene affidata ad Alberto Gallego. Spagnolo di Lleida, classe 1974, è arrivato in rossoblù nell’estate 2025 entrando nello staff della Prima squadra come collaboratore tecnico di Fabio Pisacane. Al suo fianco ci sarà Stefano Medda, classe 1977, originario di Serramanna, che dopo aver guidato l’Under 16 del Cagliari ha ricoperto il ruolo di collaboratore tecnico dell’Under 20.
Il preparatore dei portieri sarà Christian Berretta, mentre restano nei rispettivi incarichi il preparatore atletico Antonio Fais e il match analyst Manuel Contu. Torna inoltre come coordinatore tecnico Roberto Muzzi, bandiera del Club e già nell’area scouting rossoblù. Aveva ricoperto quel ruolo sino all’estate 2025 contribuendo – come anche Medda e Berretta – alla vittoria della Coppa Italia di categoria.
A tutto lo staff l’augurio di buon lavoro in vista del prosieguo della stagione, con l’obiettivo di raggiungere la salvezza nel campionato Primavera 1.

Under-20, the new coaching staff
Cagliari Calcio announces the new coaching staff of the Under-20 side.
Alberto Gallego has been appointed Head Coach. A Spaniard from Lleida, born in 1974, he joined the Rossoblù in the summer of 2025 as a technical assistant to Fabio Pisacane with the First Team. He will be joined by Stefano Medda, born in 1977 and from Serramanna, who, after leading Cagliari’s Under-16 side, went on to serve as technical assistant with the Under-20s.
Christian Berretta has been appointed goalkeeping coach, while fitness coach Antonio Fais and match analyst Manuel Contu remain in their respective roles. Roberto Muzzi also returns as technical coordinator. A club legend who had already been working within the Club’ scouting area, Muzzi held the same position until the summer of 2025 and, together with Medda and Berretta, contributed to the team’s Coppa Italia Primavera triumph.
The Club wishes the entire staff the very best for the remainder of the season, with the objective of securing Serie A Primavera 1 safety.
