Mendy renews until 2031

Cagliari Calcio is pleased to announce the contract renewal of Paul Mendy, who has extended his agreement with the Club until June 30, 2031.

Born in 2007, a Senegalese central striker, Mendy arrived in Sardinia in January 2025 from ASC Bambey. A left-footed striker with great physicality and athleticism, he stood out for his ability to work for the team and attack deep, complemented by an excellent eye for goal. He has scored 12 goals and provided 3 assists in 25 appearances for the U20s: numbers that demonstrate his constant growth and are further validated by his call-ups to the first team.

A young and promising player who continues his development in the Rossoblu: Mendy now reaches a new milestone with his contract renewal.
