Strength, technique and matches

With two days to go until the match against Napoli (tickets available), Coach Pisacane’s Rossoblù trained this morning at the CRAI Sport Center in Assemini. The team completed the first part of the session in the gym, working on strength development. The group then moved onto the pitch: technique activation, a series of themed practice matches, and a mixed-team match.

As scheduled, the team will gather at the CRAI Sport Center this evening to begin their pre-match retreat. Tomorrow, Thursday the 19th, another morning training session is scheduled. Afterward, Coach Pisacane will meet with the media to present the match at Unipol Domus. The match is scheduled for 12:30 p.m., and will be streamed live on the Cagliari Calcio app (HERE).
