Technical exercises and intensity

Preparations continue for the next league match, Saturday, April 4th, in Reggio Emilia against Sassuolo (Away Sector tickets available). The team completed the first part of today’s session in the gym, focusing on strength development. On the pitch, technical activation exercises and a multi-team tournament, with high-intensity practice matches played in small spaces, concluded with a shooting session.
