Under 14 wins the “Trofeo Galeazzi”

A fine and prestigious victory for the Rossoblu Under 14 team led by coaches Francesco Atzeni and Manuel Pierangeli (supported by assistant Francesco Serra), who won the thirty-seventh edition of the “Trofeo Galeazzi,” an event named after Count Enrico Pietro Galeazzi and a benchmark for the category in terms of tournaments played immediately following the regular season. In Rome, at the “Pio XI” Sports Center, Cagliari defeated Lodigiani 4-1 in the final with braces from Cossu (who was also named MVP of the tournament, which also featured the Roma and Lazio Under 14s) and Porcu. The Rossoblu had advanced to the final after beating Grifone Roma 8-1, Trastevere Calcio 3-1, and Frosinone 3-1.
