Aerobic work and shooting

The third day of training at the CRAI Sport Center has ended: new double session for Mister Pisacane’s rossoblù. In the morning the team carried out an aerobic work session; in the afternoon, after an initial part dedicated to technique, a series of themed competitions and exercises to finish at the net.

Tomorrow, Thursday 16th, the pre-season training camp will continue with a work session scheduled for the morning.
