Under 20, victory in Berlin

The German away match for the Under 20 rossoblù ends with a victory, beating Union Berlin of the same age group 3-0 at the Fritz Lesch sports centre. After the withdrawals of Isili and Coccaglio, the team led by Alberto Gallego offers a solid and concrete performance, imposing itself thanks to goals from Sugamele, Goryanov and Pibiri.

Cagliari broke the deadlock after just five minutes, when Sugamele converted the penalty which made it 0-1. The rossoblù continue to push and in the 12th minute they double their lead: Sugamele gets another penalty, Barry sees his shot blocked by the goalkeeper, but on the rebound Goryanov is the quickest to get to the ball and make it 0-2. In the second half Cagliari controlled the match and definitively closed the score in the 46th minute. The action originates from the feet of Pibiri, who widens on the right for Piro. The backward cross finds Goryanov, who does well to let the ball slide to Pibiri himself, who controls and lets off an uncatchable curling shot, capable of slipping under the top corner. Among the rossoblù, test players such as Barry, Dieme and Sonko are also on the scoresheet.
