Cavuoti to Catania on loan

Cagliari Calcio announces the transfer of the right to the sporting performances of the footballer Nicolò Cavuoti, who is moving to Catania on loan until the end of the 2026/27 football season with the right to buy.

Born in Vasto in 2003, Cavuoti came through the Rossoblù youth academy, completing his development before making his first-team debut on 19 January 2022 in the Coppa Italia clash against Sassuolo. In summer 2023, he began his journey in professional football: with Olbia, he made 22 appearances, scoring one goal and providing one assist.

The following season, he played for Feralpisalò, making 40 appearances and recording three goals and five assists. Upon returning to Cagliari, he made six appearances, scoring in the Coppa Italia against Frosinone and making his Serie A debut on 5 October away to Udinese. He spent the second half of last season on loan at Bari.

Now comes a new chapter in his career, with the aim of gaining further playing time and valuable experience.
