The red and blue Under-18s’ season came to an end as they lost 4-0 in the quarter-finals of the playoffs at home to Atalanta. For the group led by Claudio Bellucci and Francesco Pisano it was a high-profile season, at the level of the best in the category for the entire championship, reaching the playoffs in the Zingonia dry game. It ended, however, with a home defeat for the Bergamasks, who found the passage to the round thanks to Baldo’s goals on a penalty kick in the 25th minute, Mellino’s own goal in the 35th minute and Baldo’s double in the 39th minute of the first half. In the second half, Camara’s goal in the 59th minute sealed the game.
