Ciocci joins Spezia

Cagliari Calcio announces the permanent transfer of goalkeeper Giuseppe Ciocci to Spezia.

Born in 2002 in Cagliari, Ciocci came through the Rossoblù youth academy, completing his development before making the step up to professional football. After gaining experience in Serie C with Olbia during the 2021/22 season, the goalkeeper continued his development on loan with Pescara and Pontedera, gaining valuable playing time and experience before returning to Cagliari.

In May 2025, he made his Serie A debut away to Napoli. Last season, he made his first start for the Club in the Coppa Italia, featuring in the 4-1 win over Frosinone that secured Cagliari’s place in the Round of 16.

Now, a new chapter in his career begins with Spezia.
