Cagliari Calcio is expanding its international presence and confirming its broad commitment to TST – The Soccer Tournament: the Rossoblu club will also participate in the Cary Cup 2026, an international youth tournament included in the program of the American event, scheduled for May 29-31 in Cary, North Carolina. After announcing its third consecutive participation in the TST, Cagliari is thus strengthening its presence at one of the most innovative and growing events in the global soccer scene, also taking part in an event designed to promote emerging talent on a global scale.
The Cary Cup is a one-of-a-kind event: a men’s and women’s tournament that brings together promising young players from around the world in a dynamic and spectacular format, inspired by seven-a-side football and enhanced by the rules of Target Score Time™, a hallmark of the TST. For the 2026 edition, Cagliari Calcio will be the protagonist with an Under-14 team, who will have the opportunity to compete against top-level international peers, enjoying a sporting and educational experience in a context of excellence.
Not just the tournament: among the most anticipated moments of the Cary Cup is the All-Star Game, an event that will see the competition’s top players take to the field. In a highly visible setting, the players will wear the 2026/27 Cagliari Calcio home and away jerseys, bringing to life a spectacular match that will combine talent, identity, and a sense of belonging. At the end of the two matches, the best male and female players will be rewarded with a special opportunity: an experience in Sardinia, coming into direct contact with the rossoblù world and discovering the Club, the region, and its culture.
Part of the TST, the Cary Cup also offers participants the opportunity to play on the fields of WakeMed Soccer Park, sharing the space with professionals, celebrities, and players from the main tournament, in an environment that combines sport, entertainment, and spectacle.
