On the pitch at the CRAI Sport Center

Training resumed at the CRAI Sport Center for Mister Nicola’s red-and-blues, on the field to begin preparations for the match in Bologna, scheduled for Sunday, March 2, at 3:00 PM. The session started with activation exercises and a technical circuit. This was followed by ball possession drills and a small-sided game. The session concluded with an aerobic workout. A personalized session was carried out for Kingstone.

Tomorrow, Wednesday the 26th, a new training session is scheduled for the morning.
