FIRST INDICATIONS

TACTICAL SOLUTIONS

Last year, we worked on the long-term plan, eventually establishing ourselves with Gaetano in front of the defense.

The past must be erased, and I think I know how to do it. We need to be good at understanding that it will be an even more difficult year. If we think we’ve become better, we’ll hurt ourselves. So let’s start from scratch, the same as a year ago, with humility and passion, with an extra year of experience and an understanding of what it takes to do the least damage possible. Football is an inexact science and is unpredictable, and I say this both externally and internally within the team.
