Focus immediately on Torino: the work of Mister Nicola’s team continues without pause. After the victory against Lecce at the Unipol Domus, they were already on the field this morning at the CRAI Sport Center in preparation for the match on Friday, January 24, the early game of the 22nd round of Serie A (HERE the info for the Away Sector at the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino).
The team worked in two groups today: players who played more minutes in yesterday’s match carried out recovery exercises, while the others did activation drills, technical work, and 3v3 situations, alternated with some athletic exercises. Personalized training for Zito Luvumbo.
