Eyes already on Torino: the work continues relentlessly for Mister Nicola’s team, who, after securing the victory against Lecce at the Unipol Domus, took to the field again this morning at the CRAI Sport Center in preparation for Friday’s match, January 24th, the opening game of the 22nd round of Serie A.
The team worked in two groups today: players who played more minutes in yesterday’s match carried out recovery exercises, while the others did activation drills, technical work, and 3v3 situations, alternated with some athletic exercises. Personalized training for Zito Luvumbo.
Tomorrow, Tuesday 21, new training set for the afternoon.
