The first week of work for Cagliari, engaged in preseason preparation at the CRAI Sport Center in Assemini, has closed Under the orders of coach Nicola and his staff, the players underwent physical tests in the gymnasium this morning. The afternoon’s all-court session began with dynamic activation and technique exercises, followed by ball possession drills, development and athletic work session.
