Towards Cagliari-Lecce
The preparation for the upcoming match at Unipol Domus on Sunday against Lecce (tickets available) continues. This morning, the rossoblù team trained at the CRAI Sport Center ahead of the game. Over a hundred boys and girls from Cagliari’s lower secondary schools attended the training session from the “Carlo Enrico Giulini” stand, as part of the “A scuola di parità” project (here’s the news).
The first part of the session took place in the gym, focused on strength development exercises. The team then moved to the field: activation drills followed by a 2-vs-3 exercise session. To close, they played a series of small-sided games and practiced finishing on goal.
Yerry Mina was with the group, while Leonardo Pavoletti worked on individual athletic exercises. Zito Luvumbo continued with personalized training.
Tomorrow, Thursday 16th, a new training session is scheduled for the morning.
