The 2023-24 season for Cagliari officially kicked off: this afternoon, the team gathered at the Assemini Sports Center to start the preseason preparation. Smiles and initial runs: on the field, metabolic work and a technical circuit were performed, followed by core stability exercises.
The activities will continue tomorrow, Tuesday, 11th, with medical check-ups and athletic tests. At 5 PM, Sporting Director Nereo Bonato will meet with the media: the press conference will be live-streamed on the Club’s YouTube channel.
