Training resumes
The team met up this afternoon at the CRAI Sport Center in Assemini to start preparing for the next championship match: on Saturday 16 March, the red-blues will be on stage at the ‘U-Power Stadium’ in Monza (3pm) for the 29th Serie A match (here tickets for the Guest Sector).
Two groups worked today: the players who played the most in the match in the victory against Salernitana (here are the highlights) underwent a workout between the gym and the pitch. For the others, the staff planned activation and technical circuit, ball possession drills and matches.
Partially in the group Ibrahim Sulemana; personalised work for Gianluca Gaetano, who has to overcome a functional overload in the adductor of the right thigh.
Tomorrow, Tuesday 12, new training scheduled in the morning.
