Zortea with “Locker Room Chronicles”

WORK AND RESULTS
“A few years ago, I changed the way I perceived my free time, that’s when everything turned around. I was inspired by the books I read about successful people and realized that I wanted to be like them, I want to leave my mark. To do that, I had to start working much harder than others. Those who don’t know me might think my performances are just a matter of luck. However, I am aware of everything I am doing to improve myself every day, that 1% that will make the difference. And the results are starting to show.”
THE NEW ROLE
“Changing roles, moving from full-back to winger, wasn’t easy. However, when it was proposed to me, I immediately saw it as an opportunity. I studied a lot of Gareth Bale, someone who had a similar path to mine and became a champion. I’m constantly trying to improve my body posture, so I don’t get caught with my back to goal, and also in reading the spaces to attack.”
A STRONG TEAM
“I have to say that this year there is a special bond between the team and the staff that I’ve never experienced before. We are truly all united towards a single goal. The coach is unique, he makes everyone feel important and keeps everyone focused. He is someone I deeply respect, and he helps me mentally. It’s also thanks to him moving me forward at the start of the season that I’m achieving these results.”
GOALS AND FUTURE
“I want to become one of the best in my position and earn a spot in the National Team. My main goal, however, remains staying up with Cagliari, it really means a lot to me.”
